Coaching Skills for Leaders is a practical development programme for leaders who want to bring coaching into the way they lead — without pursuing professional coach certification.
Over seven half-day sessions, you will develop strong coaching skills, practise them, receive feedback and deepen your understanding of yourself and the people you lead. You will learn how to create more growth, ownership and accountability around you.
Grow into a professional coach.
Certified Growth Coach is our comprehensive ICF Level 1 coach education programme for leaders, HR professionals, internal coaches and aspiring professional coaches who want to develop strong professional coaching skills and grow through the process themselves.
You will learn the core competencies of professional coaching, practise extensively, receive feedback and deepen your self-awareness as a coach. The Enneagram is integrated into the learning journey to help you understand your own patterns, strengths and blind spots — and how they may influence the way you meet and coach others.
The programme includes the coach education, mentor coaching and performance evaluation required within the ICF Level 1 pathway and provides a strong foundation for working towards the ICF ACC credential.
Throughout the programme, you will develop both your coaching capability and your own way of being as a coach — with more presence, awareness, confidence and depth.
